How much does it cost?

Plata+ costs $9.990 COP/month + IVA. You'll see the total amount, taxes included,
before subscribing in the Plata Pay App, and you can check it anytime at www.plata.co.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. New customers get a one-month free trial to explore all the benefits of Plata+ before deciding whether to continue.

By activating the free trial, you agree that once the period ends, your subscription will automatically continue and the monthly fee will be charged, unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime from the App, in the "Plata+" section. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.

With Plata+, your cashback grows in three ways

More on all your purchases: cashback on all purchases rises from 0,5% to 1%. That means double the return for every peso you spend with your card, no matter where you shop.

More category options: without Plata+, you have 7 categories to choose from each month; with Plata+, you have 10. This lets you better tailor your cashback to your spending habits.

Higher monthly limit: the maximum cashback you can accumulate rises from $100.000 to $250.000 COP per month.

Better interest rates on your money

Plata+ raises the interest rates on your savings products. This matters: the more you have saved, the more you receive each month.

• Cuenta (interest on balance): the rate rises from 5% to 6,5% effective annual rate. Interest is calculated and accrued daily on your account balance.

• Bolsillo (savings accounts): the rate rises from 9% to 11% effective annual rate. If you have one or more active bolsillos, they all benefit from the increase.

• CDT: the CDT rate doesn't change with Plata+. The CDT already has fixed conditions from the moment it's opened.

One free ATM withdrawal each month

Without Plata+, each ATM cash withdrawal costs $6,900 COP + VAT from the very first one. With Plata+, you get one free withdrawal per month at any Mastercard-enabled ATM in Colombia. From the second withdrawal in the month, the normal fee applies. The ATM operator may charge an additional fee, which is set by the operator and is outside Plata Pay’s control.

Purchase protection

This benefit protects you when you pay for something with your Plata Pay card and the merchant doesn't deliver the product or service under the conditions promised. In that case, Plata Pay may grant you compensation up to the maximum annual amount published at www.plata.co.

To access this protection, your Plata+ subscription must be active both on the purchase date and on the date you file the claim, and you must submit your request within 90 days after the transaction. Plata Pay will ask for proof of purchase and of what happened with the product or service.

This benefit doesn't apply to purchases on cryptocurrency platforms, casinos, gambling, or betting, nor when the merchant has already refunded your money or offered you equivalent compensation.

Priority fraud compensation

If you're the victim of an unauthorized transaction on your account, you have the right to claim whether or not you have Plata+; that's your legal right. The difference with Plata+ is in the timing: subscriber cases are handled with priority to resolve your situation faster.

SMS notifications

With Plata+, you can optionally turn on SMS notifications for every transaction on your account, directly from the App. Without Plata+, notifications arrive only via push in
the app.

How is Plata+ charged?

By confirming your subscription, you authorize Plata Pay to deduct the monthly fee directly from your Cuenta, automatically and recurrently each month.

Here's how it works:

• The first charge happens the moment you confirm the subscription (or when the free trial period ends).

• The following charges are made automatically on each closing date of your Cuenta statement.

• If you don't have enough balance in your account on the charge date, your Plata+ benefits are suspended immediately and reactivate automatically once the payment goes through.

How to cancel Plata+?

You can cancel whenever you want, at no cost and with no penalty, from the "Plata+" section inside the Plata Pay App.

Once you cancel:

• You'll keep access to all Plata+ benefits until the end of the monthly period you already paid for.

• From the day after that period expires, the subscription benefits will no longer apply and your account will return to standard conditions.

• Canceling Plata+ doesn't affect your Cuenta or create any additional restriction.

Can you change your mind?

Yes. You have 5 business days from confirming the subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, as long as you haven't used the program's benefits during that time. To do so, contact us through the App or email us at ayuda@plata.co. You don't need to give explanations or pay extra costs. If applicable, Plata Pay refunds the full amount charged.

Where can you find updated information?

Plata+ terms may be updated. When there are relevant changes, Plata Pay will notify you at least eight days in advance through the App and your registered channels.
